The RFP explicitly states that: Camera locations are not predefined Vendors must propose a “sufficient count” to cover the areas shown on maps. 2. Technical Specifications (p 15-16 of Cayley Park Camera System RFP - 12.30.25.pdf) Cameras: The following minimum camera specifications are required: 1. Ubiquiti or Ubiquiti system compatible cameras. 2. 4K resolution. 3. Environmental and vandal proof rated (IP65 and IK04 minimal ratings) for outdoor cameras. 4. Condensation resistant. 5. Low visibility rated. 6. IR visibility up to 40m. 7. Image stabilization to reduce blurring. 8. Capable of 15 fps or more. 9. Defocus detection. 10. Zoom capable, up to 3x. 11. RJ45 connectivity. 12. PoE compliant. 13. 8 megapixel. 14. Motion detection capable. 15. Microphones required if the camera will be within range of any buildings or amenities. 3. The RFP clearly allows alternate brands if they meet or exceed requirements. |
