1. CAMERAS

Integrated with Super large Aperture and large sensor size, Tiandy ColorMaker cameras are able to capture details in low light condition. Using warm light supplemental light for extremely dark scenarios, ColorMaker cameras guarantee colorful images whenever you want in dark scenes.

  • Configuration—Alarm Management – Motion Alarm
  • Click Enable
  • Choose Double Light from Link Type drop-down list

The minimum of focus distance is 6cm for outdoor environments. If you use for indoor, please adjust to 50cm

  • If the camera compression codec is H.265 and that of NVR is H.264, live view will be black.
  • Check that the NVR supports the IP camera resolution.
  • Check that network is OK.
  • Update by NVR IE
  • Login to the NVR using Internet Explorer web browser
  • Configuration—Advanced Set – System Maintenance; click Browse
  • Choose the firmware you want use and then click upgrade

  • Login to the NVR using Internet Explorer web browser
  • Configuration—Advanced Set – System Maintenance; click Browse
  • Choose the firmware you want use
  • Click Upgrade
  • Make sure the camera is on and the network is OK.
  • Make sure that username and password is correct.
  • Check the NVR bandwidth. The camera bitrate should be less than that of NVR.
