All amounts invoiced by Anabon Security Inc. are due in accordance with the payment terms stated on the applicable invoice, quotation, credit agreement, or other written agreement between Anabon and the customer.
If any amount becomes past due, Anabon Security Inc. may place the customer’s account on hold and suspend further credit privileges, order processing, shipments, Technical Support, RMA processing, Advanced Replacement, warranty-related services, credits, or other contractual services until the account is brought current or satisfactory payment arrangements are confirmed in writing by Anabon. To the extent required by applicable law, nothing in this provision limits any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
