Contract Terms - Initial Term: 1 year installation + 1 year support - Renewals: up to 4 additional 1-year extensions (max 5 years total) - Performance Bond: may be required at District discretion - Insurance: GL $1 M / $2 M aggregate, Auto $1 M, Workers Comp per law 2. All bidders must be authorized Verkada partners and provide proof of certification. Non-Verkada products are not permitted under this solicitation. 3. Minimum Qualifications - Authorized / Certified Verkada Partner ( mandatory ) - ≥ 3 years experience in K-12 or large campus security implementations - Completed ≥ 2 enterprise projects spanning 40+ facilities - Preferably Colorado-based operations for on-site service capability 4.
