A. Prebid Meeting: A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at Eaton Rapids Central Office – Conference Room, 912 Greyhound Dr., Eaton Rapids, MI 48827 on November 4th, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., local time. Prospective prime bidders are highly encouraged to attend.

B. Bidders' Questions during the Prebid meeting will be included in Addendum 1, released on November 7th,2025.

C. Project questions will be accepted until November 13th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. local time and answered by additional addenda.

6. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
7. Bid Submission Type: Physical Bid Submission
8. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
9. The Bid Form unit prices reference specific Ubiquiti/UniFi models (e.g., UVC-AI-DOME-W, UVC-G6-180-W; UA-G3-B readers; intercom models), indicating the design baseline; alternates are fine only if approved via the substitution process.
