| Notes | 1. The bid does not specify any quantities of cameras, NVRs, cabling, or hardware. Because this is PHASE ONE: Qualification only, not providing technical specifications. Phase One = qualifications only. Phase Two = financial bid with specifications. 2. Detailed scope - Complete replacement of existing video equipment system and associated components. - Supply and install new equipment using a phased approach. 3. Mandatory Requirement M1 Supplier must provide two (2) reference projects within the last 5 years related to security camera system replacement. Failure → disqualification. 4.
