The Contractor shall submit to the Architect/Engineer an original and six copies of the request for approval of materials on the form provided by DPMC for approval. Each item of material listed shall be marked "As Specified", “Substitution” or "Unspecified" as appropriate. 3. Paper bids WILL NOT be accepted for this procurement. Bid Proposals will be received from Bidders electronically ONLY via the Bid Express service until 2:00 P.M. on February 26, 2026, at which time the bid proposals submitted will be publicly opened and read in the DPMC Offices, Division of Property Management & Construction, 33 West State Street, 9th Floor, Trenton, NJ 08608. 4. Paper bids WILL NOT be accepted for this procurement. Bid Proposals will be received from Bidders electronically ONLY via the Bid Express service until 2:00 P.M. on February 26, 2026, at which time the bid proposals submitted will be publicly opened and read in the DPMC Offices, Division of Property Management & Construction, 33 West State Street, 9th Floor, Trenton, NJ 08608. 5.
