Scope of WorkTurnkey supply and installation of a countywide video surveillance and access control system with 638 cameras, 486 access devices, and 65 support units. The system shall be cloud-based, include AI analytics, ensure TLS 1.2+ security, and store video for up to 365 days.

Notes1. The budget for this opportunity is estimated to be between $500,000 and $2,000,000, based on the scope of the project and the requirements for the system.

2. The work includes about 1,180 devices—638 IP cameras, 486 access components, and 65 supporting units (servers, NVRs, switches, UPS). The system must be cloud-enabled, AI-capable, ONVIF and NDAA-compliant, with up to 365 days of storage.

4. The awarded contractor must provide a complete turnkey solution, including:
. System assessment and planning
. Design, configuration, and installation of the new unified system
. Testing and commissioning
. Training of County personnel
. Documentation and support
. Future system expansion after acceptance by the County

(The system must include both video security and access control, using IP-based, ONVIF-compliant hardware.)
