Scope of Work Install wireless camera systems at all four sites, with NVRs on the existing network. Include all wiring, transmission gear, PoE, power, battery backup, and NEMA-rated enclosures.

Notes 1. Exact Number of Equipment: Not specified. Quantities to be determined after inspection.

2. Standards:
2.1.1 Provide and install wireless security camera systems in developments;
Mountain view Village; Mountain View Village Extension; Lon Price
Homes; Julia Bales Callaway Homes.
2.1.2 System will have Network Video Recorder (NVR) tied to existing
network for remote access.
2.1.3 NVR will be installed in office/maintenance shops at each
development.
2.1.4 Systems will be capable of transmitting signals between various
locations.
2.1.5 Scope includes lift, terminators, wireless transmitters, license, shelf,
NVR, POE injectors, wire and programming as required.
2.1.6 120-volt power to be provided by others on each pole at 12\’ to bottom
of box inside NEMA enclosure.
