Scope of Work Furnish and install
cameras, wiring, and the necessary licensing to expand the existing video surveillance
system in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in this document.

1. IP66 Rating to protect against dust and environmental elements
2. IK09 rating for vandal resistant housing
3. Motion detection
3. Infrared Illumination for night visibility
4. Capability to produce 30 FPS or more
5. Image stabilizing to reduce blurring
6. Day/Night capability
7. Pan, Tilt, Zoon (PTZ) capability
8. RJ45 Connectivity
9. Power Over Ethernet (PoE)
10. 4-megapixel or greater resolution
11. Tamper detection

3. The City provides server and storage infrastructure

4. Vendor must include software licensing and may propose 1-year or 3-year maintenance

Proposals should be submitted per the proposal format previously outlined. One copy of
the proposal (electronic submissions are acceptable) shall be submitted by Thursday
