| Notes | 1. The system must integrate with the Cincinnati Police Department’s Real-Time Crime Center (RTCC) and the City’s FUSUS platform, both located in Cincinnati, OH. 2. The response should include the following (according to page 3 of \”3-RFP265X901108 ALPR.pdf\” ): • Overall Project Plan • Cost of Cameras • Yearly Maintenance of Cameras • Warranty Period • Installation Costs • LEADS compatibility for hits on plates • Compatibility with other software platforms • FUSUS integration • Open API/Cost associated with an API integration • Types of commercial data and associated cost with the data • Software license costs. 3. TERM: The term of this Agreement shall commence on the effective date of the Agreement and continue for two (2) years with three (3) optional 12-month renewals. 4.
