Scope of Work Provide and install a security camera system at the Fairgrounds. This includes approximately eleven (11) cameras, installation, infrastructure, and cloud-based or on-site storage. One camera must also live stream public meetings.

Notes 1. 11 cameras

2. The bid specifies a requirement for eleven (11) cameras. One camera, placed in the Event Center, must have live streaming capability for public meetings. Additionally, cameras should have storage for a minimum of 90 days, and storage for downloaded material will not exceed 1 year.

3. The project must be completed by June 12, 2026.

4. Proposals must include all costs: equipment, labor, installation, etc.

5. To schedule a site visit, please contact Jeff Rodrick at the above email addresses. A site visit is not required as part of the bid process. Site visits will be arranged at the request of the Contractor. Requests for a site visit must be submitted no later than Monday March 2, 2026 by 5:00 pm to Jeff Rodrick.

6. A map of the proposed camera locations and coverage may be provided upon request.

7. In your proposal, please provide the cost of each camera, materials costs, installation costs, and
network services, i.e. 1 /5 / 10 year or lifetime licensing agreements, if applicable.

8. PROPOSAL CONTENT
– Proposals must contain the following information:
a. Legal name, type of entity (e.g. corporation, LLC, etc.), address, telephone number,
email address, and name of person submitting the RFP response;
b. A brief description of the company and its experience as a contractor of the desired
system;
c. The number of years the company has been in business;
– Cost Proposal must include a list of all the equipment to be installed and work to be
performed. Contractor must further enumerate costs to include:
a. Equipment costs.
b. Labor and travel costs.
c. Any shipping, delivery or loading costs.
d. Any miscellaneous costs or charges not specifically mentioned in this document.
– Proposal signature: the proposal must be signed by a person legally authorized to establish a
contractual relationship with the County.
– Signed acknowledgement of addendum: The contractor must sign an acknowledgement of
any question and answer addendum issued.
