Scope of Work Installation of a comprehensive video surveillance system, including high-quality IP security cameras, network video recorder (NVR), and integration with existing infrastructure at JAXEX.

Notes 1. A list of cameras and equipment and a Site Map will be provided in the form of Exhibit E and Exhibit F at the mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES:
The primary objective of this project is to enhance security and situational awareness at JaxEx through the
deployment of a modern, reliable video surveillance system. The selected vendor will be responsible for:
a. Supplying and configuring all necessary hardware
b. nstalling the surveillance system across designated campus locations
c. Providing integration with existing infrastructure and following mutually agreed upon project
deployment plan.
d. Conducting training for staff
e. Follow JAA Change Management process and following mutually agreed upon project
deployment plan.

3. the required system includes integration with the American Dynamics Cameras and C-Cure 9000 system.

4. JAA will receive bids electronically via DemandStar.com until 2:00 PM (EST) on Monday, March 9, 2026. To register with Demand Star.com, visit: https://www.demandstar.com/registration .
HAND DELIVERED, MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

5. Installation & Configuration
a. Mounting of all existing customer-provided cameras and additional cameras, to be vendor
provided, at designated indoor and outdoor locations.
b. Installation of network cabling, routed through protective conduit.
c. Connection of rooftop tower cameras to the switch, using external conduit. No rooftop penetration.
d. Seamless integration with existing JAA network infrastructure.
e. All necessary licenses shall be provided by Respondent.
f. Cameras shall be updated to the most current firmware and linked using HTTPS.
g. Cameras to be registered/configured in the American Dynamics NVR.
h. Camera maps to be created in customer Access Control System (C-Cure 9000).
