Scope of Work Remove all existing security equipment and install the new system components. The job includes full system testing, staff training, and all labor necessary to deliver a fully operational solution.

Notes 1. Exact Number of Equipment not specified; vendor must assess site
New camera system to cover all needed areas including but not limited to: front
entrance, gates, interior and exterior of main building, concession stands, and retail. All
fabrication, materials, customization, labor, and shipment should be included in bid.

2. Site Visit- RPF would require a site visit for the contractor to evaluate the current
security system in place and find out what improvements or replacements could be
made. The site visit is strongly encouraged to take place before completing and
submitting the RFP.

3. The proposal should be of sufficient detail to allow RPF to fully and clearly understand: 
– Security system scope and prices 
– Brief outline of vendors’ history in similar type(s) of operations and business references
– Any other considerations the vendor deems relevant
