WARRANTY FOR PRODUCTS
Anabon provides a 6-year in-depot warranty on products purchased directly from Anabon, unless otherwise specified, starting from the date of the invoice. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer. Anabon is not obligated to provide warranty service on any products for which full payment has not been received.
To return any item to Anabon, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Warranty service may sometimes be directed to the manufacturer. Please allow up to 15 business days for testing and processing RMA requests.
Returned products must include the original packaging. Items that are improperly packed will be rejected without consideration.
Anabon does not warrant products that have been subjected to improper use, abuse, or physical damage. For products with an operating system, such as Microsoft Windows, the warranty does not cover issues like operating system crashes caused by misuse or viruses.
Accessories and consumable products, including transformers, batteries, cables, wires, media, connectors, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
Returns with “No Fault Found” will incur a minimum $35 inspection and handling charge, regardless of warranty coverage.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All goods remain the property of Anabon until fully paid. No credit is extended beyond 30 days, and returns must be in original packaging and resalable condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for refunds. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns within 30 days if the items are not in resalable condition. Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the customer unless Anabon is notified in writing. Anabon covers shipping costs for replacements (defective items), while the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning defective products.
