Notes 1. Access Control System and Cameras.

2. Cameras:
The company will consult with the Town to determine the optimal locations and number of
cameras needed to meet the Town’s security needs. The company will install cameras with
new wiring that will provide camera recordings and remote access. The cameras will be in
two separate zones (PD and FD), with some cameras having dual access.

3. Access Control System:
The company will install an access control system with pin pad, preferably with key fob/card
option on a total of 18 doors with two separate zones (PD and FD):
