| Notes | 1. The approximate total is 63 cameras: 8 exterior cameras and 55 interior cameras (as per Table 3.1).
2. The preferred manufacturer is Hanwha, but alternatives will be considered if they meet the minimum specifications outlined in the bid document. Bidders offering alternative systems must indicate the alternative system in the \”Deviations\” section of the proposal and provide documentation proving it meets or exceeds the desired specifications. 3. The bid includes detailed specifications for camera installation and network setup. Bidders must ensure that all network cabling complies with ANSI/TIA-568 and ISO/IEC 11801 standards. 4. The envelope that contains the bid shall be plainly marked; SEALED BID – MOLINE-COAL VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT-2026 Security Camera Installation. 5. The scope also requires compliance with local codes and the use of the Milestone VMS for video management. Warranty and in-service training for district personnel are also part of the scope. 6. Responses must be compliant with the terms of the RFP and shall be received in writing, in a sealed envelope marked “2026 Security Camera Installation”, at the address above, no later than 2:30 p.m. on March 24, 2026. |
