| Notes | 1. The pre-bid conference would held for the purpose of acquainting bidders with the bid documents and the work site(s). Qualified bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference, attend all site walks, and must arrive on or before 10:00 a.m. to be eligible.
2. Failure to attend the pre-bid conference and all site walks or tardiness will render a bid ineligible. 3. All supplies, equipment, and materials will be purchased at the lowest possible cost while maintaining quality standards for the District. 4. Bid packets will be posted by 4:00 PM on March 15, 2026 on the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District Website 5. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor Licenses: B (General Building) and/or C-7 (Low Voltage) and/or C-10 (Electrical) |
