Scope of Work Upgrading the security cameras, controllers, and recording system at Edwards AFB. The work includes replacing 13 cameras, upgrading the controller and recorder.

Notes 1. 13 cameras to be replaced

2. The bid specifies:
Camera Type: 270-degree stationary cameras (not PTZ), capable of zooming in to identify faces at a distance of 200+ feet.
Camera Resolution: Cameras must have HD resolution, at least 1080p, to ensure clarity and detail.
Weatherproofing: Cameras must be weatherproof and suitable for mounting on the exterior of buildings.
System Type: The system should be standalone, meaning it will not connect to external networks or the internet.
Wi-Fi/Bluetooth: The system must not have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capabilities.
Recording Duration: The system should be capable of recording for 90 days, with an option to extend this to 180 days.
Data Export: The system should have the ability to export video to external media for storage or analysis.
System Expansion: The system should be expandable, with the ability to add more cameras (up to 20+ cameras).
Power Backup: The system must have a battery backup to ensure functionality during power outages.
