Scope of Work Provide a complete, turn-key Video Surveillance Camera System (CCTV) across three TARC campuses.

Notes 1. Requirements:
• Turn-Key Installation: Complete removal of legacy hardware and installation of new
equipment at multiple TARC facilities.
• High-Definition Hardware: Cameras must provide minimum 5MP resolution at 20fps,
auto focus and auto iris, zoom lens, HDR capability, and Day/Night IR illumination (30m
range).
• Intelligent Coverage: Use of multi-sensor cameras to maximize field-of-view while
minimizing physical camera counts.
• Specialized Capture: High resolution cameras capable of producing clear, detailed
images of items such as license plates and individual persons of interest.
• Robust VMS Platform: A Video Management System (VMS) supporting simultaneous
live viewing and recording of multiple cameras, redaction/blurring tools, litigation hold
compliance, camera audio feeds and motion alerts.
• Scalable Architecture: Support for on-premise, cloud, or hybrid architectures with a
minimum 120-day video retention period.
• Network Integration: Compliance with Cat6A cabling standards and coordination with
TARC IT for IP addressing and PoE+ (30W) power requirements.
• System Security: Individual user account security with optional Microsoft Entra ID
(Azure AD) integration and non-editable audit logs.
• Training & Support: Provision of on-site training for Safety and IT personnel, and a
minimum 5-year comprehensive warranty on hardware and labor.
• Future-Proofing: Integration capabilities with existing access control systems (DSX)
and a clear 10-year licensing/upgrade roadmap.
