| Notes | 1. Vendor shall provide emergency response for security-related failures, including: ● Access control failures impacting building security ● Camera system outages affecting safety monitoring ● Intrusion alarm failures or false alarms requiring immediate attention ● Support during security incidents requiring rapid system restoration ● Temporary mitigation solutions to maintain building security ● Coordination with school leadership and Facilities during critical incidents 2. Compliance & Standards ● All work must meet: ○ NFPA standards, including but not limited to: ■ NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) ■ NFPA 72 (Fire Alarm and Signaling Code, where applicable) ■ NFPA 101 (Life Safety Code) ○ OSHA safety standards ○ Manufacturer specifications ● Licensed and insured technicians ● Background-checked technicians for work in schools 3.
