| Notes | 1. Upgrading aging camera infrastructure. 2. Identify and implement a new camera infrastructure, including: Camera hardware (IP-based, high-resolution, scalable). Camera stream and access management software. 3. Objectives: Modernize camera infrastructure for improved reliability and scalability. Upgrade access control systems to a cloud-based platform. Establish vendor support mechanisms for hardware and software maintenance. Align security systems with future growth and technology standards. Streamline technical and functional management under IT. 4. The Contract shall remain in effect for a term of 12 months or the City terminates the Contract. The Contract may be extended beyond the initial term for up to four (4) additional 12-month periods at the City’s sole option. |
