All questions regarding the bid documents, specifications, or pertaining to the Pre-Bid Conference MUST be submitted in writing by clicking on the "Message" tab located on the top right area of the solicitation. Answers to questions received timely will be issued by an addendum. Questions submitted after the cutoff date on the solicitation schedule may not get answered. 4.
