| Notes | 1. The City maintains over 25 facilities and building spaces, 185 cameras, 17 fire control systems, 10 gates, and 4 elevators for its various operational departments. 2. Video Surveillance System (CCTV) • Maintenance of IP cameras, mounts, cabling, and enclosures • Provide maintenance and support for the Ocularis Video Management System (VMS) • Maintenance of cameral alignment, focus, and image quality adjustments • Troubleshooting connectivity issues 3. Provide an equipment replacement plan for cameras with the annual maintenance and support contract that are not on the list of Department of Defense banned manufacturers. 4. The Certificate of Insurance shall include: Comprehensive General Liability - $1,000,000 Single Limit/$2,000,000 Aggregate Automobile Liability - $1,000,000 Single Limit Workers’ Compensation – NC Statutory Limits 5.
