| Notes | 1. The City anticipates considerable activity under the resultant contract(s). However, no guarantee can be made as to actual quantity of cameras that will be purchased under this contract. The City reserves the right to add, change or delete quantities or items as circumstances may require. 2. Minimum requirements: (see page 12 of Pan_-_Tilt_-_Zoom_(PTZ)_Cameras.pdf) Imaging and Optics Pan-Tilt-Zoom Specifications Preset and Tour Functions Environmental and Durability Integration and Connectivity Analytics & Smart Features Cybersecurity and Compliance 3. The Contractor shall deliver replacement units within 30 calendar days of receiving the defective equipment unless otherwise approved by the City. |
