| Notes | 1. For the base bid, please provide a cost for a standard 2-megapixel internal camera and a 5-megapixel external bullet camera. Camera specs must meet those listed in section 3.b. Pricing must be recorded on the Bid Form (Attachment B1). 2. Vendors may also bid other cameras that meet the following requirements: (see page 2 of GISD Surveillance Camera RFP 2026 - Attachment A1 Project Description and Specifications.pdf) 3. Any questions regarding the specifications or bid process should be directed, in writing, NO LATER THAN JULY 23, 2026, to the attention of: SCOTT HARTMAN TECHNICAL SERVICES SUPERVISOR GENESEE INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL DISTRICT 2413 WEST MAPLE AVENUE FLINT, MI 48507-3493 You may also reach Scott Hartman, by email, at [email protected]. 4. Each bid must be submitted in writing on the attached Genesee Intermediate School District Bid Form (Attachment B). One original and two copies of the bid proposal must be submitted to the address provided below. Bids not submitted on the Bid Form, or bids not signed and/or dated will not be considered and will be determined to be a non-bid. Bids received after July 30, 2026, at 2:00pm, or bids submitted by fax or electronic mail, will not be accepted. 5. Bids may be hand delivered, by July 30, 2026, at 2:00pm, to the following location: GENESEE INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL DISTRICT, ENTRANCE #1, RECEPTION DESK, 2413 WEST MAPLE AVENUE FLINT, MI 48507-3493 6. Pricing must be good through July 31, 2027. If pricing is subject to changes, vendors have the option to include a catalog discount percentage off MSRP that will be honored (see item 3.5). |
