| Scope of Work | The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform services as described in the PWS and associated contract documents, except for those items specified in Part 3 Government Property and Services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards and acceptable quality levels identified in this PWS and associated contract documents. Maps showing facility layouts may be included as an attachment to this PWS, but site visits are highly recommended before submitting a bid. | Notes | Materials: The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and hardware necessary to meet the requirements under this PWS and accomplish the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of the security systems. These materials include, but are not limited to: Intrusion Detection System (IDS) control panels, keypads, cellular backup communicators, wiring, backup batteries, and all associated security sensors (including door contacts, glass break detectors, garage/roll-up door sensors, and Passive Infrared (PIR) motion detectors); exterior, outdoor-rated sirens; and all Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) hardware, including 1080p Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) exterior cameras, interior cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVR), associated hard drives for storage, system controllers, and a primary viewing monitor. This also includes all necessary mounting hardware, conduit, cabling, and fasteners required for installation. All provided equipment and materials shall meet Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act for 2019 and shall be energy-efficient (i.e., ENERGY STAR® or FEMP-designated products) at the time of contract award. The Contractor shall install a complete, NDAA compliant CCTV system consisting of eleven (11) cameras total. Exterior cameras shall be 1080p high-definition, outdoor-rated, vandal-resistant, with Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) capability and infrared night vision. The transfer of all video data from the cameras to the Network Video Recorder (NVR) must be wireless, utilizing point-to-point (P2P) or point-to-multipoint (PtMP) network transmission. The Contractor is strictly prohibited from performing any ground disturbing activities, including trenching, digging, or cutting concrete/asphalt, to lay physical data cables. All cameras shall feature automatic motion detection to trigger recordings or PTZ presets (no audible or visual system alerts). The NVR shall retain ninety (90) days of continuous recordings. |
