| Notes | The School District has 20 sites that need to have cameras installed, moved or replaced. Install owner provided IP cameras per drawing. Contractor will provide white Cat6 cable and cat6 RJ45 connectors. Conduit, cable raceway, backboxes will be supplied by contractor if needed. Contractor will need to run one home run to each camera and terminate at cat6 patch panel in IDF located on plan. Contractor will leave a 5’ coil as close to camera location as possible. All cables will be tested per TIA standards. There will 154 new cameras to install at 20 sites. Contractor will coordinate with Jeff Couch on aiming cameras. The cameras will be installed to manufacturer installation instructions. Four locations will require plenum cat6: South Medford High School, Jackson Elementary, Roosevelt Elementary, Oak Grove Elementary. Project is to be completed no later than June 30th, 2027. Work may be completed at any time of the day. Will need to coordinate with school staff if doing work during school hours. Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required state and local permits. Contractors work must conform to all code requirements including but not limited to the NEC, Oregon Specialty Electrical code and all building code requirements. Contactor is responsible for ALL materials necessary to complete the job that is not clearly indicated as owner provided. Owner provided materials are as follows; Contractor is responsible for all damages done to walls, ceilings and finishes during installation of materials. Contractor is responsible for clean-up and restoration of the site. All ceiling tiles must be put back in place every night. All dust and debris created by the contractor must be removed every night.
