Scope of WorkThe City is seeking proposals from qualified Axis security integrators to supply, install,
configure, test and commission a complete IP video surveillance system at 362 Montreal Street in accordance with the attached camera layout and Bill of Materials. The work includes all labour, equipment, licensing, mounting hardware, communications cabling, configuration, integration with the City's Genetec Security Center environment, testing, training and close-out documentation required for a complete operational
installation.

Proposals to be Submitted at Prescribed Location
Proposals must be submitted electronically to:

1.5.2 Proposals to be Submitted on Time
Proposals must be submitted on or before the Submission Deadline. Proposals
submitted after the Submission Deadline will not be accepted. Proponents are advised
to make submissions well before the Submission Deadline. Proponents making
submissions near the Submission Deadline do so at their own risk.
Proponents are cautioned that the timing of their submission is based on when the
proposal is received by the electronic bidding system, not when a proposal is submitted
by the proponent, as transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission
speed, or other technical factors. For the above reasons, the City recommends that
proponents allow sufficient time to upload their submission and attachment(s) (if
applicable) and to resolve any issues that may arise. The submission date and time
shall be determined by the City’s electronic bidding system web clock. If an issue arises,

The Deliverables
The successful Proponent shall provide a complete turnkey IP video surveillance
installation at 362 Montreal Street, including all labour, equipment, materials, licensing,
communications cabling, mounting, configuration, integration, testing, commissioning,
training and close-out documentation required for a fully operational system. Camera
placement shall be based on Appendix E and equipment quantities shall be based on
Appendix F.

• AXIS T91A64 Corner Bracket, part 5017-641 - quantity 2;
• AXIS T91D61 Wall Mount 1.5 in. NPS, part 5504-821 - quantity 2;
• AXIS T94N01D Pendant Kit, part 01513-001 - quantity 2.
• Genetec Security Center Enterprise Camera Connection GSC-OM-E-1C -
quantity 40.
• Genetec Streamvault SV-300E-16T-I5 - quantity 1.
• Genetec Security Center Client Connection licenses – quantity 2.
The Proponent shall provide all cable, connectors, patching/termination, supports and
pathways, penetrations and firestopping, labelling, testing, mounting hardware, access
equipment and incidentals required for a complete installation. As part of its proposal,
the Proponent shall submit a marked-up cabling route plan developed from the
mandatory site visit showing proposed routes from each identified camera location to
the applicable network/recording termination point. The cabling component shall be
provided as a fixed lump-sum price
