Scope of WorkYpsilanti Community Utilities Authority (YCUA) has prepared this request for proposals (RFP) seeking a qualified and experienced firm (Contractor) to install a centrally managed Door Access Control Solution (DACS). YCUA will accept proposals by hard copy only until 2:00 p.m. local time on October 30th, 2026, at the Maintenance Building, 2777 State Road, Ypsilanti, MI 48198, and will open them thereafter.

Proposal addenda, changes, cancellations, or other comments or inquiries concerning this RFP shall be addressed to YCUA’s Director of Maintenance Operations, Ryan Stetler, by email at rstetler@ycua.org through October 30th, 2026. Hereafter, all correspondence shall be labeled “2026 Access Control Improvements.”
