| Scope of Work | This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. | Notes | Required Items/Services – Video Surveillance System The Contractor shall furnish and install a turnkey, NDAA-compliant video surveillance system, including cameras, recording devices, associated equipment, installation, training, and documentation, to support continuous monitoring at North Smithfield Air National Guard Base, RI 02896. Cameras - Quantity: 6-8 Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ, 360°) cameras and 2 fixed cameras. - Compliance: All cameras shall be NDAA-compliant, new, and unused. - Performance Requirements: • High resolution, 1080p minimum. • Capable of monitoring distances up to 30–40 feet. • Equipped for night vision/low-light operation. - Mounting: Contractor shall mount cameras to designated exterior structures, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes. Specific mounting location will be determined by Government at time of installation. . Recording & Storage - System Type: Stand-alone closed-circuit (not tied to DODIN/AFNET). - NVR/DVR: Multiple channel system, 16-channel minimum. - Storage: Minimum 20TB, supporting at least 30 days of retention. - UPS: NVR shall include an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for graceful shutdown. . Installation Contractor shall provide complete installation services, to include: - Mounting of cameras (up to 20 ft height). - Running and terminating all required cabling. - Installing/configuring NVR/DVR system. - Connecting to designated monitors |
