Scope: Replace and install cameras. The contractor supplies all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services. No access control is mentioned in the provided files.
Important: The camera specifications and plans (brand, quantities, minimum quality, recording/storage architecture) are in Attachments B and C, which are restricted and not included in the files provided. To receive them, a signed Attachment E (LEDS background check form) and Attachment F (confidentiality/NDA) must be emailed to the purchaser. Because of this, I cannot confirm any minimum camera or access control quality or brand.

Requirements and terms: Oregon CCB registration (bid rejected without it). 10% bid security. After award: 100% performance and payment bonds and insurance within 10 days. Prevailing wage (BOLI) and apprenticeship requirements. First-tier subcontractor disclosure (with the bid or within 2 working hours after closing). Required bid forms: Pricing (Exhibit 1), CCB (Section G), Addendum acknowledgment (H), references/responsibility (Attachment D, Section I), residency (K), signature (O). Addendum 1 must be signed and returned. Out-of-state bidders may face a reciprocal price preference adjustment. Start 10 days after Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages $400/day. Completion dates conflict: cover and contract say Nov 1 / Dec 1, 2027, while the pricing form says May 1 / Jun 1, 2027. Clarify before Oct 20. Keep Attachments B and C encrypted, do not use public cloud storage, and return or destroy them with a certificate within 7 days of request or completion.
