| Pre-bid Event Type | A Site Visit has been scheduled for August 27, 2026 at 9am ET at 1368 Colonial Parkway, Jamestown, VA A pre-bid walkthrough is optional. After award and prior to any work, the contractor shall participate in a mandatory post-award, pre-work walkthrough with NPS staff. During this walkthrough, the contractor and NPS will jointly review proposed camera locations, cable pathways, and installation considerations. All placement decisions shall be made collaboratively, and final camera positions must be approved by NPS before installation. All work shall be performed under NPS supervision. |

| Scope of Work | The National Park Service (NPS) seeks to replace the existing CCTV system at the Jamestown Visitor Center (JVC) with a modern, NDAA-compliant IP-based video surveillance system. The new system will improve situational awareness, enhance security, and provide reliable video coverage of key interior and exterior areas. The system will include new cameras, cabling, network hardware, and a network video recorder (NVR) connected to the NPS intranet. |

| Notes | The contractor shall furnish and install sixteen (16) IP-based cameras at the JVC: • Three (3) outdoor bullet-type cameras • Thirteen (13) dome-type cameras o One dome camera outdoors o Twelve dome cameras indoors All cameras shall be NDAA-compliant, compatible with Wisenet (Samsung) software, ONVIF-compatible, and meet or exceed the following specifications. Bullet Camera Specifications • 5MP resolution • Motorized varifocal 3.2–10mm lens • 30fps (H.265/H.264) • H.265, H.264, MJPEG; multiple streams • Day/Night (ICR), WDR 120dB • Analytics: defocus, directional, motion, enter/exit, tampering, virtual line • microSD slot (128GB) • PoE • IR range 25m • IP66, IK10 • Hallway view, analog video out, lens distortion correction Dome Camera Specifications • 5MP resolution • Motorized varifocal 3.2–10mm lens • 30fps (H.265/H.264) • H.265, H.264, MJPEG; multiple streams • Day/Night (ICR), WDR 120dB • Analytics: defocus, directional, motion, enter/exit, tampering, virtual line • microSD slot (128GB) • PoE • IR range 20m • Hallway view, analog video out, lens distortion correction 2.3 System Layout and Non-Technical Schematic The contractor shall provide a non-technical schematic of the final system layout showing: • Camera locations and general coverage areas • NVR location • Cable pathways (simple diagram, no CAD required) The schematic shall be clear and suitable for operational reference.
