Scope of WorkSeattle Public Schools (the “District”) is requesting proposals for Construction Site Camera Services for Five school facilities.

Notes1. At least 5 cameras.

2. The scope of work includes supply, installation (installation applies only to Format A, see 5.1, Deliverables), operation and support for the cameras AND operation and support of the remote user interface. The District anticipates at least one camera at each school, however, may add additional cameras at specific sites.

3. Cameras to be installed are to be supplied via lease in a turn-key format, with construction camera vendor to provide:
• Camera(s).
• Physical camera mount (Pole-20’-0” minimum), Mounting/installation, Operation/ Power* with Battery
Backup**, On-site Servicing and tech support during lease period.

4. Provide detailed descriptions, specification sheets, and equipment certifications listings for proposed
Cameras and software features as required in related specification sections. Include Warranty period for equipment and coverages. Please include any information on your website that would address all relevant technical specifications as listed in Section 5.1 of the RFP and ATTACHMENT 2.

5. Anticipated Start Date: Approx. July 13, 2026.
