| Notes | 1. 1.There are two separate components to this project: - Item 1: Camera Systems • Camera systems will be operational 24/7/365. The system will need to be smartphone/computer compatible so that the cameras may be monitored as needed. • Cloud storage of data • Several of the locations do not currently have internet service. Providing for a wireless signal will be part of the design and bid pricing - Item 2: Keyless Point of Entry • 6 municipal buildings will require keyless entry (FOB or similar technology) • Doors are a mixture of interior and exterior (approximately 55 total) • Numerous doors will require installation of electrical power 2. Vendor services shall include the following: - On-site tour of facilities and locations - Attend staff meetings as needed - Design recommendations and pricing to include schematic layout of proposed camera and/or keyless entry locations - Installation of equipment - Ongoing servicing of equipment (annual contract) Interested parties are invited to quote on either Item 1 or Item 2, or both. If quoting both items, they will need to be separated for evaluation and consideration. 3. Sealed Bids Formal Sealed Bids must be received no later than June 3rd, 2026 at 4pm Location: Clerk Treasurer’s Office 310 N. Huntington Street Syracuse, Indiana 46567 4. All companies wishing to submit a formal bid will need to submit (1) original and (2) copies of their proposal. Submissions should be clearly marked with “Proposal for Security Systems”. 5. A bond equal to the amount of the contract will be required upon acceptance of the bid. |
