| Notes | 1. We are particularly interested in solutions that include. - High resolution IP cameras - Cloud based or hybrid video management systems - Advanced analytics (e.g., motion detection, Al assisted monitoring, license plate reading) - Integration with existing infrastructure - Scalable architecture for future expansion - Ability for cameras to be installed in remote areas such as streets, parks,intersections, etc. - Access & user management controls based on roles/departments 2. The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to: - Identify vendors with relevant experience in modern camera and surveillance systems and to gather information on available offerings; - Understand cost structuring and pricing models, timelines, and support models; and - Inform a potential future Request for Proposal (RFP) or procurement process. 3. Our current camera systems consist of an estimated 100 cameras between 23 locations throughout the city. 11 of these locations are City owned buildings/parks that terminate at a local NVR, with the remaining 12 locations being spread across strategic areas ofthe city, utilizing solar & cellular technology |
