| Scope of Work | The City of Saginaw is accepting sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms to integrate a security solution that includes security cameras, facility monitoring, door access control, and security gate systems. The city is also seeking proposals that incorporate RFID-based access technologies, including compatibility with Texas Toll Tag or equivalent RFID systems, where applicable. |

| Notes | 1. Replace City Hall current cameras and access control system. A new Panel/Cloudlink at City Hall will need to be able to reach the existing accounts directory server. 2. Current estimated scope includes approximately four City facilities. The selected vendor will be expected to provide a comprehensive, end to end solution including assessment, system design, equipment procurement, installation, testing, training, and ongoing support. 3.
