| Scope of Work | The Project consists of a fully integrated, turn-key Electronic Access Control and IP Video Surveillance System solution. This project requires the replacement of the totality of the District's existing security cameras and access control infrastructure across all nineteen (19) district facilities and the annual maintenance of the system for a period of 5 years. |

Bidders are expected to engineer a modern, unified security environment utilizing the Avigilon Unity platform, in accordance with the technical specifications of this RFB. 3. Video Surveillance System: Replacement of all existing surveillance cameras New camera design and placement throughout all District facilities Installation of Avigilon cameras Installation of all required mounting hardware. Installation or replacement of cabling where necessary Recording servers and storage systems Video management software licenses Camera configuration and commissioning User training. |
