| Notes | 1. Within three months (or other timeline negotiated) of award of this contract proposer shall provide a review of each facility and catalog, in a form and format acceptable to KCDC, the alarm, access control, camera and emergency call components with appropriate identifying information including but not limited to control panel/communicator, intrusion system keypads, motion detectors, audible devices, NVR’s, cameras and access control devices. 2. Proposer will work with KCDC to establish an acceptable product quality level and then install equipment (fire, security, access control, call systems, cameras, et cetera) as approved for new installation or replacement of existing equipment as needs arise and funding allows. 3. The proposer will inspect, repair, replace and add cameras (including specialty cameras) as needs arise and funding allows. 4.
