Proposal Evaluation Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: - Relevant experience with similar park district projects and qualifications of the contractor - Adherence to project timeline and budget - Quality of the proposed design and materials - Efficiency and minimized interruption of day-to-day operations - Knowledge of applicable legal requirements - Cost-effectiveness 4. Proposals must submitted via email with the subject line “Request for Proposal: Universal Surveillance & Security System” to [email protected] no later than 12:00pm (noon) on May 11, 2026, at which time proposals will be publicly opened. The proposal opening will take place at the Heritage Center. 5.
