All work must result in a fully functional system compatible with the existing government access control system. The SF 30 form associated with this amendment must be signed and returned to acknowledge receipt. Key points from the responses: The system must be entirely new and standalone; no existing equipment is to be reused or integrated. Baseline resolution for storage calculations: 4K UHD, H.265 codec, frame rate of 15–30 fps. CAC readers must be fully FIPS 201 compliant (authentication via PIV/PIV-I card certificates is mandatory).
