| Notes | 1. Electronic Proposals will be received online at PRT’s Ebusiness website (http://ebusiness.rideprt.org). 2. Parts and equipment under this contract shall be as listed below, or “Approved Equal”: (page 7 of Bid-Documents_-_March_Networks_Video_Equipment.pdf) 3. Equipment provided shall be fully compatible with the existing camera systems currently installed on PRT’s coaches. No additional software shall be required for maintaining or connecting devices to the current surveillance systems. 4. All IP cameras shall meet or exceed PRT’s current encoder settings for Codec, Resolution, Frame Rate, Bitrate, Bitrate Type, and Gov Length, with at least two (2) stream setting capabilities per camera. 5. Questions regarding any of the above bids will not be entertained by the PRT within five (5) business days of the scheduled bid opening. |
