| Notes | 1. a total of thirty (30) cameras 2. The vendor shall provide a complete video surveillance system at each library site, including but not limited to: . Three (3) high-resolution IP cameras per site (total of 30 cameras) . One (1) Network Video Recorder (NVR) per site . One (1) PoE network switch per site . One (1) fixed rack shelf per site . One (1) 4TB surveillance-grade hard drive installed in each NVR . All required mounting hardware, junction boxes, and installation accessories . CAT6 cabling from each camera location to the designated equipment area . Mounting, termination, testing, and commissioning of all devices 3. Minimum Equipment Specifications (see page 12 of 2026-Q22 - Supply Installation and Configuration of Video Surveillance Systems for Elgin County Library Branches_Final.pdf) 4. Environmental Rating Requirement: All outdoor cameras and associated equipment must be rated at a minimum of IP66 (IP67 preferred) for protection against dust, rain, snow, and high-pressure water exposure, and must be fully operational in temperatures ranging from -30C to +50C. Equipment must be suitable for Ontario outdoor weather conditions, including freeze-thaw cycles and wind-driven precipitation. |
