| Scope of Work | The City and County of Denver (City) seeks a qualified Vendor to provide preventive maintenance, onsite support, incident response, Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and project services for detention systems across Denver Sheriff Department (DSD) facilities. Covered systems include biometrics, CCTV, VMS, intercoms, duress alarms, access control, touchscreen controls, doors and locks, PLC/HMI, and detention specific equipment. |

| Notes | . Required documentation deliverables: as built diagrams, port maps, camera inventory, fiber terminations, and quarterly updates. . Vendor must deliver and maintain up to date as built documentation, including: • Switch configurations and full port mappings. • VLAN/subnet assignments and topology. • Camera inventory (ID, model, location) and placement diagrams. • Fiber run and termination documentation. • Logical and physical network topology. . Vendor must coordinate with third-party subsystem owners (e.g., KONE for elevator access camera installations) including quotes, scheduling leadership, and secure access arrangements. . Security finding prevention: o No posted passwords. o Remove default/unsecured accounts on all devices, controllers, and camera interfaces. o No unmanaged workstations. o Enforce individual accounts and password handling consistent with CJIS. |
