| Notes | View NotesThe following equipment establishes the scope: Video surveillance cameras — brand/model not restricted; any camera meeting the performance requirements below and fully compatible with the existing ExacqVision NVR platform shall be acceptable. Video Management System: Existing ExacqVision NVR (Contractor shall integrate into existing system — no NVR replacement, upgrade, or new installation is included in scope). Camera Systems 1. Outdoor Cameras – 4 each 4 Mega Pixel resolution minimum Vandal/tamper-resistant mounting hardware IP66 (Ingress Protection Rating) IK07 (Impact/Tamper Resistance Rating) True Day/Night + Night Vision Fixed Zoom lens IPv4/IPv6 support (static IP addressing) PoE Power: 802.3af standard Connect to existing Cat6 cabling / existing PoE switches only 2. Indoor Cameras – 8 each 4 Mega Pixel resolution minimum IK07 (Impact/Tamper Resistance Rating) Indoor environmental rating True Day/Night + Night Vision Fixed Zoom lens IPv4/IPv6 support (static IP addressing) PoE Power: 802.3af standard 3.1.1. Total of twelve (12) new IP cameras (4 outdoor, 8 indoor) on 2nd and 3rd floors. Placement shall address NGB audit-identified coverage gaps (common quad areas, hallway/courtyard blind spots behind stairwell walls). 3.1.2. Resolution: 4MP minimum, all cameras. 3.1.3. Environmental Rating: IP66 minimum, exterior cameras. 3.1.4. Durability: All cameras IK07 tamper/vandal-resistant. 3.1.5. Night Vision: True Day/Night + Night Vision required (specific IR distance in feet not specified in the SOW). 3.1.6. 360° viewing capability: not specified/required in this SOW. NVR / VMS Integration Requirements Platform: Existing ExacqVision NVR — already installed on site; no new NVR hardware, replacement, or installation is part of this contract (explicitly excluded under SOW Section 5 "Exclusions"). Scope of NVR work includes: Add all 12 new cameras to the existing ExacqVision NVR and activate camera licenses Configure resolution, frame rate, codec, and stream optimization profiles per camera Enable and adjust True Day/Night and Night Vision settings Set motion detection zones and sensitivity Create recording schedules and storage retention rules Configure user accounts and role-based permissions Verify video streaming and playback from each camera to the NVR Network integration: Assign static IPv4 and IPv6 addresses to each camera Confirm proper 802.3af PoE operation from existing switches Use existing Cat6 cabling only — no new cabling or switch installation Testing & Documentation: Test camera operation, recording, and playback Provide full documentation: camera locations, before/after coverage map, IP addresses, configuration settings, and how each camera satisfies specific NGB audit recommendations Submission Instructions Responses shall be submitted only through Aloha eBUYS — no other submission method (email, fax, paper) will be accepted.
