Notes 1. The District currently operates 1,475 cameras, with plans to replace them as part of the project depending on available funding.

2. The District currently uses a variety of camera models. The RFP outlines the need for License Plate Recognition (LPR/ALPR) cameras as part of the initial phase, with integration into the unified platform.

4. All cameras are intended to be replaced either as part of this project or at a later date depending on
available funding. Proposers must provide separate, itemized pricing and a phased replacement plan for

5. The District’s immediate goal is to replace existing recording servers/NVR infrastructure with a new system that can bridge and manage all existing cameras through the selected platform.

6. Provide an optional, itemized plan and pricing to replace all cameras district-wide, either during this project or as a later phase depending on funding.

7. Replacement of the District’s existing Aiphone front door entry intercom systems (21 total, one per school) and installation of 12 additional net-new systems (one additional system at each elementary school and the Elementary Enrichment Center).
