Scope of Work The scope of this project is for the Vendor to provide options for installing and configuring New Security Cameras and a New VMS. Due to the complexity and amount of knowledge required for successful placement and configuration, the Rockwall Independent School District is seeking a complete turnkey solution that covers from equipment acquisition to complete installation.

Notes 1. The bid includes multiple campuses. Quantities depend on the option, but the existing cameras being replaced give the approximate project scale.

– GBCCA (Gene Burton College & Career Academy)

*59 Interior
*21 Exterior
*+5 new LPR cameras

2. The CSP is to provide interested vendors with uniform information concerning the Rockwall Independent
School District requirements for the purchase and installation of Hanwha, Pelco, or Avigilon Security Cameras
and an Avigilon Unity 8 On-premise Video Management System (VMS) for Rockwall High School, Rockwall
Heath High School, and Gene Burton College and Career Academy.

3. The contractor must:
*Replace existing security cameras
*Add new license plate recognition cameras
*Design new camera coverage layouts (interior/exterior)
*Integrate cameras with existing Salient Systems VMS
*Provide network cabling if needed
*Install and configure cameras
*Provide campus camera placement maps
*Remove old cameras and return them to RISD
*Configure network settings (IP, subnet, gateway)

4. Video Management System

*Avigilon Unity 8 (On-premise platform)
Existing system integration
*Salient Systems VMS (current platform to integrate cameras)

5. Cameras must be one of the following brands:

*Hanwha
*Pelco
*Avigilon
Any other brand will be disqualified.

6. Site visits will begin at the site location at 9:30 am per the schedule below. Vendors will be expected to sign a non-disclosure agreement to receive copies of the campus maps.
