Pan, tilt, and zoom can be utilized in order to read a license plate from the recorded video footage. 4. All outside cameras must be protected from outside elements and able to withstand extreme cold temperatures (-40 degrees Fahrenheit), be mounted to withstand 60 mile-per-hour winds, and not fog up or freeze, which would obscure the camera view. 5. All cameras should be Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) to account for the various/changing background light intensities and be protected against sun-heat such as with a protective camera housing. 6. The point of contact for management of the CCTV system installation in the Buildings will be Dorm Management reachable at 307-773-2642. |
