| Notes | 1. The vendor’s response should include complete details, diagrams, or any additional information the vendor wants the city to review. • Diagrams could include network, systems, process flow, security, etc. • Explain how the cameras are powered (hard-wired, solar, etc.) • Explain any maintenance or repair, to include response times and service level agreements, to be provided by the vendor, along with any procedures or requirements for the cameras that the City will be responsible for • The vendor will provide details on how they provide their services (e.g., as a reseller, purchase leasing or infrastructure as a service, etc.) 2. Please include detailed pricing estimates per the pricing sheet included in Appendix A. Included in the pricing sheet are a list of LPR camera locations and other information to assist in providing the most accurate per-unit costing. 3. Describe the training program for installing cameras and using the application. 4. The City will only accept electronic submissions saved to the Bidnet website in response to this RFP.
