Scope of WorkComplete refresh and modernization of the Jefferson County Sheriff Administration Building and Detention Center security camera infrastructure, including replacement of end-of-life cameras, server and software upgrades, and implementation of high-availability (HA) server and software architecture to ensure continuous video recording and surveillance at all times.

Notes1. Hardware and Software Procurement:
Supply and deliver all required IP cameras, servers, and storage hardware.
Provide Enterprise Video Management System licenses and any required third-party integration software.
Server and Storage hardware must be sized and configured to support a minimum of 391 existing primary cameras with design scalability for future growth, and current firmware.
Vendor will work with client to prioritize which cameras are replaced. Vendor will provide a standardized unit price list of all proposed camera models and types as part of their cost proposal. This list shall be used as the basis for any future camera additions or replacements during the contract term.


2. Provide preliminary system design for evaluation that meets the following requirements:
On-premises server and storage infrastructure to support a minimum of 391 cameras
High-Availability design for zero camera downtime
60-day data retention at no less than 1920/1080 resolution and 30 fps frame rate for all cameras.
Axon/Evidence.com integration for archival of video evidence
